A machine builder, not a trading company

We design, machine, assemble and program automation equipment under one roof in Dongguan, China. That is what lets us take on a special requirement instead of passing it back to you.

Who we are

Guangdong Chengbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011 in Dongguan, Guangdong. Our automatic screw driving machines were our first product line and remain the core of the business.

Over time customers asked us to automate the stations next to the screw machine — soldering, dispensing, labeling, assembly and test — and to build complete lines. We now design and manufacture all of it, including the PLC, touch-screen and control-board software.

Our group includes Dongguan Ruibo Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (the automation equipment company) and Vietnam Lianchuang Technology Co., Ltd. — a branch in Vietnam that gives customers in Southeast Asia local delivery and service.

Mechanical design & machining

Our engineers and production team handle product design through to finished machine. Frames, fixtures and custom parts are made to our own drawings rather than sourced from whoever is cheapest that month.

Complete non-standard projects

We take on whole projects — not just the mechanical build, but the control software too (PLC, touch-screen HMI and control-board programming).

Software & control engineering

PLC and touch-screen development, control-board programming, and data integration with your MES so tightening records reach your quality system.

End-to-end control

Because development, manufacturing and software sit in one place, problems get solved by the team that caused them — not negotiated between suppliers.

Quality & certifications

Compliance is a shipping requirement, not a sales line

Machines supplied to the EU, Korea and North America need to clear the relevant product requirements. We hold CE, KC and UL certification for the applicable product ranges, and we will confirm exactly which certificates apply to the machine you are buying.

Vietnam branch for Southeast Asia

Our branch in Vietnam, Vietnam Lianchuang Technology Co., Ltd., handles delivery and after-sales for customers in Southeast Asia. For a factory in the region that means a shorter route for commissioning, training and spare parts than a supplier shipping everything from China.
